Job Summary

The RN House Supervisor provides overnight clinical and operational leadership for a 168-bed LTC facility serving long-term, short-term rehab, and dementia residents. The supervisor oversees 4 units, supports bedside staff, coordinates admissions and ER transfers, and ensures quality care delivery during the night shift.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• RN Supervisor experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting – REQUIRED

Licensure

• Active New York State RN License – REQUIRED
• 100-mile radius rule applies

Certifications

• BLS – Required

EMR

• PointClickCare (PCC) – REQUIRED
• Experience with PointClickCare eMAR

Core Responsibilities

• Head-to-toe resident assessments
• Overnight clinical supervision across all units
• ER transfers in collaboration with providers
• Admissions and second-order verification
• Staff support, escalation, and clinical decision-making
• Ensure accurate documentation and medication administration
