Shift & Schedule
- Shift: 3x12 Nights
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Floating: Required within units of equivalent or lower acuity
Holiday Requirement
- Clinical candidates must work the entire shift of the night before the holiday for the holiday rate to apply:
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM or
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Licensing & Certifications (Required)
- DC RN License (pending accepted)
- Must provide proof of pending DC license at time of submission
- Must have DC license in hand prior to start date
- Aya Paid OPEN LICENSE PROJECT
- Certifications:
- ACLS
- BLS
- NIHSS
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- At least 1 prior travel assignment required
Patient Ratio
- 1:4–5

- Telemetry monitoring
- Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
- IV insulin protocols and titration of insulin drips
- Feeding tube care and management
- Pre- and post-hemodialysis management
- Renal failure management
- IV therapy and phlebotomy
- Starting IVs
- Heparin protocols
- PCA
- Oxygen therapy via nasal cannula
- Isolation precautions
Skills Preferred
- Cardiac telemetry
- ER holding
- PCU / DOU / IMC / Stepdown experience
