👩⚕️ Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, safe, and effective emergency nursing care to pediatric patients
- Perform rapid assessments, triage, and ongoing evaluation of patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation
✅ Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (GA or Compact State)
- Previous Pediatric ED, Emergency Department, or Acute Care experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to remain calm and effective in high-acuity situations
- Pediatric certifications (PALS, ENPC) preferred or willingness to obtain
