Description

Job Title: Operating Room - RN

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our surgical services team. The OR RN is responsible for providing safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures. This role requires strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate perioperative patient care.
Prepare operating rooms, equipment, and supplies for surgical procedures.
Act as circulator and/or scrub nurse as assigned.
Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists.
Accurately document patient care and surgical events.
Advocate for patient safety and comfort throughout the surgical process.
Participate in on-call rotation as required.

Qualifications:

3+ years current OR Circulate experience
ENDO EXPERIENCE - REQUIRED
General, Ortho, Neuro, Urology, Vascular and Bariatric Surgical experience required
Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred
State license of Massachusetts
BLS (AHA)

Facility will not consider who resides within 50 miles of the facility.
