Must have strong CRRT and IABP
BLS • ACLS • PALS ER only
Airway management
Management of vented patients
Artline management Preferred for ER
Management of dysrhythmias
Central line management
Management of IV drips
Isolation precautions
Triage skills ER/ER Holding only
Computerized documentation
Nurse to patient ratios 1:1-2
NIH
Interpretation of ABGs
Interpretation of dysrhythmias
Continuous IV sedation
Titration of IV vasopressors
1.5 years of recent experience
Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure
