Description

!!URGENT NENEED!!

Education: 

  • High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Graduate of an accredited program in Allied Health Sciences (e.g., Cardiovascular Technology, Radiologic Technology, Respiratory Therapy, Exercise Science, or Cardiac or Vascular Sonography, or equivalent academic program and experience.) 

Required Certification and Licenses: 

  • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) or Radiology Technologist (ARRT) with Cardiac Interventional (CI) or Vascular Interventional (VI).
  • Valid BCLS certification required/ACLS certification required.

Unit: 

  • Cath/EP Lab 

Schedule: 

  • Full-time, weekdays 6:30a–5p with one variable weekday off per week.
  • On-call required: 1 weekend per month (5p Friday–6:30a Monday) and 4 weeknights per month (5p–6:30a next day).
  • No weekend commitment outside of on-call. 

Skills and Experience: 

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Cath/EP lab.
  • Must be able to scrub for all types of heart Cath, peripheral vascular, structural heart, and EP procedures.
  • Knowledge of Merge Hemo documentation system preferred.

Certification/Education Required: 

  • Preferably RCIS or RCES licensure. ARRT licensure acceptable with scrub experience in Cath lab performing heart Cath with intervention.
  • ACLS and BLS required.

Additional Skills/Information: 

  • Looking for a strong scrub tech with experience across all Cath/EP procedures.
  • Should be comfortable working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
