The RN - Nurse Educator will deliver engaging clinical training sessions, supervise students in long-term care, assisted living, rehab, memory care facilities, and hospitals, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and institutional policies. Your expertise will help students develop critical thinking, clinical judgment, and safe practices in a variety of real-world environments. Required Skills:
- Active and unencumbered RN license in the state of employment
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience
- Strong clinical skills across diverse healthcare settings
- Excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills
- Ability to supervise and mentor students effectively
- Knowledge of clinical procedures, safety standards, and evidence-based practices
- Competence in using learning management systems and educational technology
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior nursing education or teaching experience
- Familiarity with simulation-based instruction and case studies
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred
- Prior experience teaching nursing students in clinical or classroom settings

Other Requirements:
- Availability for weekday and weekend clinical rotations
- Must be prepared for assignments at various clinical locations, including long-term care, hospitals, and assisted living facilities
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions; occasional campus return may be necessary
- Professional attire meeting OSHA safety standards, such as scrubs or business casual
