CPCC- is our Cardio/Pulmonary ICU that sees post surgical patients. They want 2 years minimum ICU exp, and preferred 2 years travel exp. Talent needs experience in CRRT, Balloon pumps, Impellas, and swan ganz catheters. Talent will titrate drips, and needs to be proficient at strip reading and rhythm interpreting.  BLS and ACLS is the only requirements for this unit.
