CVOR Certified Surgical First Assistant

Shift: Day Shift ( 7:00 am to 7:00 pm)

Years of Experience: 5 year

Note: OR experience 5 years (Pass for only 5 years or more) Screen 3 years experience

Certifications: BLS (AHA) and CSFA or NBSTSA, NCCSA also accepted

WEEKEND: Only required during call

CALL: Call 1 day a week and 1 weekend every 4th weeks. That is subject to change based off of departmental needs.
