Description
AHS Staffing is looking for an Ultrasound Tech in Waterloo, IA for a Long Term (Travel) position.
This is a direct contract with a tier 1 client (Also our sister company). Meaning all our submissions get priority over other agencies!
Job Notes:
-Days 7a-3:30p or 8a - 4:30p, 5x8 hr shifts, 40 hrs/week
-Call: Call coverage Monday-Friday from 9pm-6am. Rotation among all day staff. Weekend call coverage as needed 630pm-6am
-UNIT Info: Avg. # of scans/day: 15Types of Patients: General, OB/GYN, and Vascular. Experience in: abdomen, small parts, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester OB (non high-risk) for dating, measurements, BPPs, and fetal anatomy scans, transabdominal and transvaginal gynecologic imaging, upper and lower venous doppler, lower arterial doppler, ABIs, Aorta duplex, Carotid arterial doppler, and hepatic and renal doppler imaging exams. Experience in assisting with fine needle aspirations, paracentesis and thoracentesis procedures is preferred, but not required.
