✨ Job Title: Mammogram Technician
Job Type: Per Diem
Location: Bronx, NY

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mammography Technologist to join our team. You will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures with precision and care.

✅ Responsibilities

Perform mammography scans using specialized equipment
Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures
Position patients correctly for optimal imaging results
⚙️ Operate X-ray and other medical imaging equipment
Collaborate with radiologists for diagnostic evaluation of mammograms
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
Provide patient education regarding the mammography process

Qualifications

✔️ Valid certification as a Mammography Technologist
✔️ Proficient in performing mammography scans and interpreting results
✔️ Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to mammography
✔️ Familiarity with other imaging modalities (CT, PET scan, X-ray)
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including emergency room settings
✔️ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in image capture and documentation
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
