Job Summary
Dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with experience providing comprehensive care to adult patients in a fast-paced medical-surgical unit. Skilled in patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, wound care, and monitoring of acute and chronic conditions. Collaborates effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. Demonstrates strong clinical judgment, time management, and patient education skills to promote optimal outcomes and recovery.

- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Georgia (or Compact License).
- Required certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS); Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP). Additional neonatal certifications preferred.
- Neonatal intensive care nursing experience preferred (1-2 years or more) in a high-acuity NICU setting.
- Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication and critical thinking skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced and complex neonatal environment.
