Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced ASU/PACU Registered Nurse for a full-time contract assignment. The RN will provide high-quality post-anesthesia and recovery care, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and continuity of care in a fast-paced perioperative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients in the ASU/PACU setting
Monitor patients during post-anesthesia recovery and respond appropriately to changes in condition
Collaborate with anesthesia providers, physicians, and surgical teams
Accurately document patient care and adhere to all timecard and documentation requirements
Participate in weekend call rotation as scheduled

Requirements

Active and unrestricted state RN license
Minimum of 2 years of recent ASU/PACU experience
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
