Travel Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) – 13 Week Assignment

Location: Saint Cloud, MN 56303 

Start Date: January 26, 2026 (flexible, any Monday) 

Duration: 13 weeks 

Shift Options:

• 4x9-hour days with every 4th weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
• 5x8-hour days

• 4x10-hour days 

  Shift Hours: Start no earlier than 7:30 AM, end no later than 6:00 PM 

  On-Call Requirements: None

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Saint Cloud, MN. This position offers flexible scheduling options and the opportunity to work in a supportive pediatric care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to pediatric patients across a variety of conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient care and progress using EPIC (preferred).
• Ensure compliance with facility standards and patient safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of pediatric physical therapy experience.
• Active Minnesota PT license (can submit without; temporary license issued quickly once application is complete).
• Current BLS certification.
• Must reside at least 25 miles from the facility (locals not accepted).
• Accepts first-time travelers.
