Location: 3855 Pleasant Hill Road, Duluth, GA 30096

Assignment Details

Department/Specialty: ICU / IMCU – Duluth (Unit 6350F)
Schedule Type: Deferred Schedule
Shift: 12-hour Day Shifts
Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Assignment Dates: January 19, 2026 – April 18, 2026
On-Call: None

Pay Rate

W2: $17
Stipend: $1584
Weekly Gross: $2196

Contract & Compensation

Contract Type: Travel Nursing
Overtime:
- Daily OT after 24 hours (based on multiplier)
- Weekly OT after 40 hours (based on multiplier)
Pricing Negotiations: Permitted
Local Candidates: Not accepted within a 50-mile radius

Holiday Requirements

Winter Holiday Expectations:
Must work:
- One (1) Major Holiday:
  - Christmas Day or New Year’s Day
    AND
- One (1) Minor Holiday:
  - Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve

Unit Details

10-bed ICU
22-bed IMCU
Mixed acuity unit supporting both ICU and IMCU patients

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Experience in mixed ICU/IMCU units preferred
Strong critical-thinking and patient-monitoring skills

Role Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill and intermediate-care patients
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Operate and manage ICU-level equipment and therapies
Ensure compliance with patient safety standards, infection control, and hospital policies
