Qualifications
Description
Start: February 2026
Shift: Days, 5x8s, M-F
Shift Times: Start around 8:00am but flexible
Requirements: NBCOT, MT state license
Facility Beds: 120
Census: Normally around 80 to 90
EMR: Net Health / Point Click Care
Caseload: Can vary between 7-20 patients depending on payor source and if they have any groups on them
Weekends: Travelers can flex schedule to work a weekend day in exchange for a weekday (example: Sun to Thur or Tue to Sat)
RTO Requirements: Can request time off within reason
On Call: No call
Additional Requirements / Info: Would prefer someone with prior SNF experience and experience in a facility with 100+ beds, but not hard requirement
- Vast majority of travelers extend here at least once!
- Close knit team full of therapists who love what they do
- Fast paced environment, around 4 to 7 evals per day on average
