Director Case Management  

Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center

3186 S Maryland Pkwy, Las Vegas, NV 89109
 

Full-Time – Days – Rotating Weekends 

7-10 Hour Shifts

 

Salary Range: $135,004 - $202,555 (based on Years of Exp)

Incentive Bonus of 17.5%

Relocation: Case by Case Basis

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

 

What qualifications you will need:

·       Bachelor's degree, required

·       Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration, preferred

·       Either Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), required

·       3+ years’ experience in overall acute care Hospital Case Management, required

·       2+ years’ experience in case management leadership, required

·       Facility is in need of a candidate with extensive case management leadership experience. Self-motivated, high performer, strong work ethics, able to review data and develop action plans independently. Must have strong strategic relationships with physicians and post-acute community.
