Position: Ultrasound Tech – Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM)
Facility: MedStar Washington Hospital Center
Job ID: 3126148
Location: 110 Irving St NW, Washington, DC 20010
Start Date: 01/26/2026
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: 5x8 Days | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities

Perform MFM and OB ultrasounds in a high-volume perinatal center
Conduct Nuchal Translucency (NT) scans and detailed OB anatomy exams
Perform ultrasounds for high-risk OB patients, including fetal abnormalities
Assist with amniocentesis procedures (preferred)
Utilize GE ultrasound equipment
Work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to support accurate diagnosis

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of MFM/OB ultrasound experience
ARDMS OB/GYN certification required
NT (Nuchal Translucency) certification preferred
(Will consider candidates with strong NT experience; certification must be in hand by start date)
Experience with high-risk OB, Maternal Fetal Medicine, and outpatient settings
DC license in hand or in process at time of submission
Ability to commit to a 13-week assignment
First-time travelers accepted
