Description

Job Title: CT Technologist
Job Type: Per Diem
Location: Bronx, NY

Key Responsibilities

✅ Perform CT scans as ordered by physicians
✅ Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures
✅ Operate CT equipment to produce accurate diagnostic images
✅ Monitor patients during exams to ensure safety and comfort
✅ Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare staff
✅ Maintain accurate patient records in EMR
✅ Follow all radiation safety and infection-control protocols
✅ Assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

Qualifications

✔ Valid CT Technologist certification (ARRT preferred)
✔ Experience in diagnostic radiology or nuclear medicine preferred
✔ Familiarity with urgent care or fast-paced clinical environments
✔ Strong technical skills with CT equipment and imaging software
✔ Excellent communication and patient-care skills
✔ High attention to detail and ability to produce quality images consistently
✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively
