🩺 Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg / Telemetry | Peterborough, NH | $2,544/week

We are seeking an experienced Med Surg / Telemetry RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Peterborough, NH, starting January 19, 2026. This is a night shift position offering consistent hours and a supportive care environment.

Assignment Details:

Start Date: Jan 19, 2026
Duration: 13 weeks (through Apr 20, 2026)
Schedule: 12-hour nights | 36 hours/week
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay: $2,544/week
Weekend rotation required
No on-call

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to Med Surg and Telemetry patients
Monitor cardiac rhythms and manage post-acute and medical-surgical patients
Administer medications and treatments per protocols
Float as needed to support patient care across units

Requirements:

2+ years of recent Med Surg/Telemetry experience (required)
Active NH or Compact RN license
BLS & ACLS (AHA) – current and in hand
Previous travel experience highly preferred
Must be willing to float
BSN, PALS, and Tele strip experience preferred

Additional Notes:

No local candidates (must live 50+ miles from facility)
RTO limited to 5 days
One recent supervisory reference required
