Pay Package for 40 Hrs:

Hourly Pay Rate
W2 Pay Rate RT (Regular Time)     $35.00
W2 Pay Rate OT (Over Time)     $52.50

Weekly Pay Package (Taxable + Nontaxable)
> W2 Wage (RT+OT based on expected hrs)     $1,540.00
> Nontaxable Weekly PerDiem     $1,505.00
Total Weekly Gross Pay Package     $3,045.00

401(k), Day one Dental, Health and Vision insurance. License reimbursement, Referral Program and Travel reimbursement. Requirements Day Shift, 0800 or 1000. 4x10's fri-mon. unless unexpected coverage need comes up. Willing to work holidays and take call as needed. Mammo, Xray - Fluoroscope/IV Cert; 3 plus years Day Shift, 4 x 10s, Tues - Fri, 0730 to 1800; Mammo, Xray - Fluoroscope/IV Cert; 3 plus years.
