• Prior psychiatric RN experience required

Scheduling & Work Requirements

• Weekends: Every other weekend
• Floating: Yes, based on unit needs

Staffing Ratios

• Evenings: 1:5
• Nights (NOC): 1:10

Special Requirements

• Must have a reliable personal vehicle for this assignment
• Travelers should expect to float based on skill set and operational needs

Floating Expectations & Facilities

AYA Healthcare professionals may be required to float to other units and facilities within PH&S, including:

• Milwaukie
• Newberg
• Portland
• Hood River
• Willamette Falls
• Seaside
• Saint Vincent

Seaside Floating Incentives

• If assigned to a non-Seaside facility and asked to float to Seaside:
  • +$5/hour incentive for all hours worked at Seaside
  • IRS mileage reimbursement provided
• Hotel accommodation offered for consecutive floating shifts
• Facility will provide as much advance notice as possible when floating to Seaside
