🏥 LPN – SNF / Rehab | McCall, ID
Join the Ensign McCall Rehabilitation and Care Center team, providing skilled nursing and rehabilitation care in a patient-focused, supportive facility.

📍 Facility Information
Facility: Ensign McCall Rehabilitation and Care Center
Location: McCall, Idaho
Specialty: LPN – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Rehab
Contract Length: 13 Weeks (Strong likelihood of renewal)
Shift: 12-Hour Days
Block Schedule: Every Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Start Date: January 8th | ASAP Start

✅ Requirements
✔ Active Idaho LPN License (or Compact, if applicable)
✔ SNF / Rehab experience preferred
✔ Ability to commit to a blocked schedule (Th–Sat)
✔ Reliable attendance and strong clinical skills

🩺 Role Summary
As an LPN in this SNF/Rehab setting, you will assist with medication administration, patient monitoring, documentation, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary rehab team to support patient recovery and long-term care needs.
