Med/Surg RN – 12-Hour Days | Winter Surge Assignment (BILH)

Start Date: January 12 (fixed start)
Duration: 8-week assignment
Shift: 12-hour days
EMR: Epic (required)
Local Candidates: Accepted
Floating: May float to Addison Gilbert Hospital as needed

Position Overview

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking experienced Med/Surg RNs to support Winter Surge staffing needs. This role requires strong acute care skills, comfort with Epic, and flexibility to float within the BILH system as needed.

Candidates must be prepared for day-one competency testing and meet all onboarding requirements.

Experience Requirements

2+ years recent acute care RN experience
Must be comfortable in a Med/Surg setting
Epic experience required
Must be flexible and open to floating within system needs

Certifications Required

BLS (AHA)
ACLS (AHA)

Additional Notes

Pending license accepted at time of submission
All RTO must be submitted at time of application
No separation from prior BILH employment required for submission
