vening/Night, 12 hour shifts, 7:00pm-7:30am. Monday through Friday, required to work 2-3 weekends per 6-week scheduling period.
Will accept up to 26 weeks.
Must have at least 2 years of total NICU III/IV experience, with at least 1 full year of Level IV NICU.
(You may combine Level III and Level IV experience to reach the 2-year total, but a minimum of 1 year must be in a Level IV NICU.)
Experience with post-op patients, g-tubes, trach/vents management, various modes of invasive/noninvasive ventilation.
Epic experience required preferred within the last 12 months
Licensure and Certification:
Traveler must have Wisconsin Registered Nurse license or compact license from their permanent address state.
BLS must be certified through American Heart Association ONLY
NRP required

Traveler s permanent address must be 50 miles from assigned primary work site location.
