• Hours: 5x8-hour shifts
• Shift Time: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Total Hours: 40 hours per week
• On-Call:
  • 9–10 days per month
  • Every second or third weekend

Compensation

• Weekly Pay: $2,966

Job Description

The Registered Nurse – Cath Lab is responsible for providing direct patient care in the cardiac catheterization laboratory. This role includes administering medications, maintaining sterile technique, and assisting physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac and special procedures. The RN acts as a patient advocate and ensures safe, high-quality care throughout all procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures
• Assist physicians during cardiovascular and special procedure interventions
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Maintain sterile field and follow infection control standards
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and education throughout procedures

Requirements

• Active RN license (Arkansas or Compact State) in good standing
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Cath Lab experience required
• Interventional Radiology (IR) experience strongly preferred
