HIGHLIGHTS:

  • BLS, ACLS, AND NIH required
  • Texas RN License or Compact required
  • MUST LIVE MORE THAN 150 Miles AWAY FROM FACILITY OR LIVE IN A METROPOLITAN AREA
  • January start date preferred
  • Experience with MedHost and GE MacLab
  • Day Shift Approx. 6:00am-4:30pm (end of shift could vary by an hour or so)
  • On-Call Required
  • Travel experience strongly preferred
  • Charting System Experience: Required
  • Weekend Coverage: True
  • Number of Weekend Shifts Per Contract: varies
  • Local Rule: not accepted
  • Return traveler Status. Previous perm staff must be gone 1 year in order to return as a traveler

  • Attention Recruiters: Facility conducts its own drug screen upon arrival, which includes Marijuana. Please inform your traveler. This drug screen is mandatory, and a positive result is an automatic cancellation, no exceptions. Even after completing drug screen for clearance, candidate should avoid anything that could result in a positive DS when they arrive onsite (including CBD products).
  • Local Radius: RN/LVN: 150 miles, Allied/CNA: 50 miles
  • Labs: Clinicians must be available to complete needed lab items within 72 hours of accepting offer or have a plan in place for completion in that timeframe.
  • Hard document due date: Thursday 2pm CST prior to start. May be flexible on a case-by-case basis if CL communicates pending docs/ETAs to facility contact by doc due date.
  • Modules: Modules are non-billable and factored in NBO, average 6-8 hours
  • Modules are completed during orientation
