Registered Nurse (RN) – Endoscopy / Perioperative

Full-Time | Day Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, high-quality endoscopy perioperative nursing care using the nursing process and evidence-based practice
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Prepare patients for endoscopic procedures and monitor during pre- and post-procedural phases
• Deliver patient- and family-centered education related to procedures and recovery
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support patient safety, quality improvement, and compliance standards
• Participate in professional development, education, and competency requirements
• Serve as a preceptor/mentor as needed and support team-based care delivery

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

• Active RN license (State or Compact)
• Associate Degree in Nursing or higher (BSN preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of recent acute care RN experience
• Experience in endoscopy, perioperative, GI, PACU, or procedural settings preferred
• BLS required; ACLS required or obtainable within required timeframe
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical judgment skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced procedural environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
