🩺 Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health (Float Pool)
✨ Assignment Details:
📍 Washington, DC
• Start Date: January 19, 2026
• Contract: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Day Shift | 5x8s (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrs/week
• Visits: 8 per day | 1:1 patient ratio
• Mileage Reimbursed as Per IRS standard rate
• First-time travelers accepted
🩺 Requirements (Must Have):
• Active DC RN License
• BLS certification
• 2+ years Home Health experience
• Medicare-certified home health agency experience (required)
• OASIS E experience (required)
• HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) charting experience
• Ability to start peripheral IVs
• Comfortable managing 8 patient visits/day
💉 Skills & Experience Needed:
• Home infusion & IV management (peripheral IVs, central lines, ports)
• Wound care
• Tracheostomy & ventilator care
• Medication administration & management
• Phlebotomy / IV starts
👥 Patient Population:
Adults & Geriatrics
Common cases include CHF, diabetes, infusion therapy, ostomy care, catheter care, joint replacement, palliative care, and more.
