Pros
I have been in communications with Elaine and Cam, both are really wonderful to deal with. Quick, responsive and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend either of them, or this company. I have reviewed the insurance of tons of companies on Vivian. AMS's insurance is VERY strong and is the only one to rival Aya's with low deductibles and low out of pocket max, and at this time its only $100 more than Aya a month, so still really affordable! That says a LOT about AMS that they offer very strong insurance to their nurses!!!
Cons
I have only worked for them once, and i'd love to work with them again and hope to in future. The main reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is becuase they usually don't have roles that pay very high for Home Health and Hospice, and their pay just can't compete with Aya pay rates. I know that Aya is a huge company and so it's harder for the smaller companies to compete and price match. Cam said yesterday that they are seeking to expand out to new places and get more contacts and contracts. I'm wishing them every success in that! And hoping in future they'll be able to give Aya a run for their money, as competition between strong companies and more options benefit everyone!
