👩‍⚕️ Responsibilities:

Provide safe and effective nursing care for renal and vascular surgical patients
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiology, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Educate patients and families on surgical procedures, care, and recovery
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

✅ Qualifications:

Active RN License (GA or Compact State)
Previous Renal, Vascular, Surgical, OR, or Acute Care experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
