Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Telemetry to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care by continuously monitoring cardiac rhythms and assessing patient conditions. In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely interventions, promote patient safety, and support optimal clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry, promptly identifying and responding to rhythm changes or clinical deterioration.
- Administer medications, perform assessments, and document patient status in accordance with clinical protocols and standards of care.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans, educate patients, and ensure safe transitions of care.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience required
- GA/Compact License
- BLS and ACLS certification
