We are hiring a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Dialysis care team in Augusta, GA. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered renal care while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams in a supportive clinical environment.

As a Dialysis RN, you will play a critical role in patient assessment, care coordination, education, and advocacy—ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care throughout the treatment journey.

🩺 Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Care Coordination

• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions and dialysis-related needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to support short- and long-term patient outcomes.
• Deliver safe, effective nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, interventions, education, and patient progress.

Patient Advocacy & Education

• Serve as an advocate for patients and families, addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, health conditions, and self-care strategies.
• Communicate essential patient information with providers and care team members while maintaining confidentiality.

Performance Improvement & Quality

• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, patient outcomes, and care delivery processes.
• Actively support quality improvement initiatives aligned with patient satisfaction, safety, and organizational goals.

Professional Growth & Leadership

• Maintain licensure, certifications, and required training.
• Seek opportunities for ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
• Support mentorship, preceptorship, and shared governance initiatives.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and collaborative work environment.

🎓 Education

Required:

• Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Nursing

📜 Licensure & Certifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Single-State or Multi-State Compact accepted
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – Instructor or Provider
