We are hiring a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Dialysis care team in Augusta, GA. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered renal care while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams in a supportive clinical environment.
As a Dialysis RN, you will play a critical role in patient assessment, care coordination, education, and advocacy—ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care throughout the treatment journey.
🩺 Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Care Coordination
- Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions and dialysis-related needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to support short- and long-term patient outcomes.
- Deliver safe, effective nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, interventions, education, and patient progress.
Patient Advocacy & Education
- Serve as an advocate for patients and families, addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, health conditions, and self-care strategies.
- Communicate essential patient information with providers and care team members while maintaining confidentiality.
Performance Improvement & Quality
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, patient outcomes, and care delivery processes.
- Actively support quality improvement initiatives aligned with patient satisfaction, safety, and organizational goals.
Professional Growth & Leadership
- Maintain licensure, certifications, and required training.
- Seek opportunities for ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
- Support mentorship, preceptorship, and shared governance initiatives.
- Promote a positive, respectful, and collaborative work environment.
🎓 Education
Required:
- Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Nursing
📜 Licensure & Certifications

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Single-State or Multi-State Compact accepted
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – Instructor or Provider
