Description
- 3-5 years of experience of PICU experience – Required
- 1+ years of travel experience (will not accept candidates new to travel)
- Must be able to take a ventilator.
- Must be flexible to float to any ICU and floor – Floating Required
- Must be able to titrate medications to include pressors, work with central lines, arterial lines, IV pumps
- Must be able to transport patients with ventilator
- Typical ICU patients to include: all types of respiratory patients, sepsis, neuro patients,
- Patient side of ECMO – Preferred
- Positive attitude
- Have simple understanding of congenital heart disease
- BLS (AHA) – Required
- PALS (AHA) – Required
- ACLS (AHA) - Preferred
- Shift: 3x12s - Open availability for days/nights
- Nights / weekends – Preferred
- Weekends: Every other
- OnCall: No
- PICU position requires floating to other ICU and floor. Only submit candidates who are fully comfortable with floating.
- Required to float to from Salt Lake campus to Lehi Campus when needed
- Candidates with open availability (days and nights) will be reviewed first.
- The facility will also accept candidates available for mainly nights/weekends – preferred
