Description

Full-time RN or LCSW Manager, case management 

Memorial Health University Medical Center

Full-Time – Days – No Weekends

Relocation: Case by Case Basis

Sign-On Bonus: Case by Case Basis

 

Requirements:

 

·       Bachelor's Degree in Nursing OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Master's Degree in Social Work required

·       3+ years experience in clinical nursing in an acute care setting OR hospital social work required

·       2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience required in an acute care setting

·       InterQual experience preferred

·       Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) of practice according to law and regulation OR currently licensed as a LCSW or a LMSW in the state(s)of practice according to law and regulation required

·       Certification in Case Management and/or Certification in InterQual or IQCI preferred
