Position: Unit Tech – IR/Cardiology/Vascular/EP Lab Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:30 – 16:00) Contract Length: 13–20 weeks Requirements Experience: Minimum 2 years (traveler experience not required) Certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT or RCIS preferred Skills: Scrub, circulate, telemetry; IR experience required (90% IR procedures) Patient Age Group: Adults and Geriatrics Locals accepted Scheduling & Call Weekday Call: Twice a week, 16:00–07:30, 2 weeks/month Weekend Call: 1 weekend/month, 16:00 Friday – 07:30 Monday No call the week after weekend call Callback: 30 min for STEMIs; IR determined by procedure type Float: None Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd weekend Holiday RTO: Not allowed Unit Details Combo lab: IR/Cardiology/Vascular/EP (~80% IR, 10% other) Assist providers with diagnostic/interventional procedures Scrub/circulate IR, cath lab, and cardiology procedures Medication administration by RN only Equipment GE MAC Lab, Philips iFR/IVUS, Canon & GE Labs, Angio Jet, Pneumbra, EKOS, Inari, CSI, Atherectomy System, Bovi System, Plasma Blade Cutter, Radiofrequency Ablation Unit, Venous Closure Unit, Sono Site S2000, IABP, Impella Orientation & Scrubs Orientation: 40–80 hours, start directly on unit Mondays until Dimensions training completed Scrubs: Provided
