💼 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Accurately dispense prescription medications in compliance with state and federal regulations
✅ Provide patient counselling on medication usage, side effects, and interactions
✅ Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes
✅ Ensure compliance with Missouri Board of Pharmacy requirements
✅ Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff as needed
✅ Maintain accurate patient and medication records
✅ Promote health, wellness, and medication adherence initiatives

👩‍⚕️ What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Degree from an accredited Pharmacy School
✔️ Licensed to practice Pharmacy in MO
✔️ ACLS / BLS
✔️ NICU experience
✔️ Vancomycin / Aminoglycoside / Anticoagulant dosing 
✔️ Pain consults
✔️ Medication Verification
✔️ Supervising technicians – compounding sterile IV (using Dose Edge to verify), checking pyxis, first doses, emergency med boxes
