Job Details

Position: Registered Nurse – Home Health
Facility: BayCare HomeCare Inc.
Unit: 7251.80217 – Home Health RN
Location: 601 Main St, 8th Floor, Dunedin, FL 34698
Start Date: 01/26/2026
Contract Duration: 20 weeks
Shift: Day Shift – 5×8 hours
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (hours may vary by office needs)
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Visits per Day: 6–8 home visits
Patient Population: Adults & Geriatrics
Locals Accepted: Yes (same rate)

Job Requirements & Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum 1 year RN experience required
Skilled Home Health experience REQUIRED
- Private duty–only experience not accepted
OASIS training and experience REQUIRED
Must have recent patient care experience within the last 3 months
Travel experience required (more than one completed travel assignment)

Certifications & Licensure

Active FL RN license or compact license (required at submission)
BLS/BCLS
COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemption accepted)
Flu vaccine or declination (mask required if declined)

Additional Requirements

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Must live at least 100 miles from the facility (BayCare radius rule)
Cerner charting experience preferred
Must pass EKG exam (pass/fail, up to 3 attempts)
Smoke-free facility
No RTO accepted in contract (to be discussed onsite if needed)
