Description

Provide nursing care to patients recovering from illness, injury, surgery, stroke, or chronic conditions.
Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation care plans focused on restoring functional independence.
Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient progress and response to therapy.
Collaborate closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and case managers.
Assist patients with mobility training, self-care activities, and adaptive techniques for daily living.
Educate patients and families on recovery goals, safety measures, and long-term care plans.
Monitor vital signs, manage wounds, pain, and medical equipment as needed.
Document patient assessments, progress notes, and outcomes accurately in the EMR.
Promote patient motivation, emotional support, and adherence to rehabilitation programs.

Must be comfortable floating MedSurg/ER Department Must have NH or Compact State RN License Must have BLS AHA Must have experience with IV
