Experience Requirements

Required: Minimum 3–5 years RN experience in a high-acuity, high-paced environment
Strongly Preferred: 5+ years of high-risk Labor & Delivery or Mother-Baby experience
Candidates with 3+ years will be considered only if they have high-risk experience

Candidates MUST have experience with all of the following:

Circulating
Newborn (NB) care
Administration of eye prophylaxis and Vitamin K injections (thighs)
Comprehensive newborn assessments

Certifications

Required:

Preferred:

ACLS
AWHONN Advanced
AWHONN Intermediate

Floating Requirements Floating Required: Postpartum Antepartum
