RN OR RT ,M-F 8-5 NO HOLIDAYS/WEEKENDS/ON CALL  Role Details<ul><li>Positions:<ul><li>RT, CRT, RN: $30–$40/hr</li></ul></li><li>Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM</li><li>Experience:<ul><li>Respiratory experience preferred but new grads or RNs without respiratory experience.</li></ul></li><li>Patient Load:<ul><li>10–12 patients in program.</li><li>Groups: M/W/F and T/Th.</li><li>~3 patients per day.</li></ul></li><li>Training:<ul><li>On-site for 2-4 weeks or until comfortable.</li></ul></li><li>Compensation:<ul><li>Hourly pay eligible for OT</li><li>Bonus: $1,000 per quarter for 90% productivity (very achievable).</li></ul></li><li>Benefits:<ul><li>PTO/Holiday/Sick: Accrues from first hour worked (~1 month paid time off in first year).</li><li>Health: BCBS packages are affordable</li><li>401(k) with a 4% match.</li></ul></li><li>Career Growth:<ul><li>Strong internal promotion track (supervisor/area manager roles).</li></ul></li></ul> Work-Life Balance<ul><li>No holidays, weekends, or on-call 😊</li></ul>
