Description

Pharmacist*Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, WI License (Preferred: BCPS)***Local Rate: Candidates living within 80 miles of the facility. Client rates reduced

What areas will they cover: ICU, IMC, ED, Med-Surg, OR (cardiothoracic), cardiac cath, EPS, central pharmacy, IV Room experience not required but must understand USP 797

Minimal chemo done here. We make gemcitabine or mitomycin for urology surgery and occasional methotrexate for ectopic pregnancies.- Experience or 'Must have' skills: Inpatient staffing experience, Vancomycin AUC dosing, Aminoglycosides dosing, Heparin dosing/monitoring, TPN management/monitoring. IV Room experience not required but must understand USP 797 and be able to tabletop meds or make sure techs are making IV's correctly.

8H Day, Evening Monday-Friday 06-1430 shift - central x1; 0730-1600 decentral/clinical shift x2
