Travel Pay Rate: (above 50 miles)

• Hourly:$25/hr W2 + $2,000/week (non - taxable stipend)
• Gross:$2,900/weekly

Job Summary :
The Operating Room Registered Nurse provides comprehensive perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to sterile technique, and close collaboration with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare the operating room, equipment, and patients for surgical procedures.
• Perform circulating and/or scrub nurse duties as assigned.
• Maintain sterile field and ensure adherence to infection-control standards.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery; document care in the EMR.
• Assist surgeons and anesthesia teams during procedures.
• Ensure accurate surgical counts and patient safety protocols (timeouts, consent).
• Provide post-operative handoff and patient education as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license of NY.
• EPIC EXPERIENCE (required)
• BLS , ACLS
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience.
• Flu vaccine.
