All-inclusive pay rate (does not cover additional expenses such as housing, travel, or meals)

Weekly pay via paycheck every Friday

First paycheck will be received on the second Friday after the start date

Overtime (OT) paid after 40 hours per week

OT rate: 1.5x of W2 pay rate

Benefits (As Per State Laws):

Medical insurance coverage as per ACA guidelines, effective after 2 months from the start date

401(k) retirement plan eligibility after 12 months, including 4% employer match
