LPN with at least 2 years of hospice experience, excellent documentation skills and learns EMRs quickly; may be required to be on-call. Must be compassionate and works well with others Standard hours- 9am-5pm, Monday - Friday, coordinate with RNs to ensure patients are seen at home.
