Description

Shift & Schedule

Shift: 3rd Shift (NOC)
Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts per week
Hours: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Weekend Rotation: RequiredRequired Experience
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (worked or educational) in general and critical care

Preferred:

2+ years of hospital-based respiratory care experience

Education

Required:

Associate Degree from a CoARC-accredited Respiratory Care program

Preferred:

Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory Care

Certifications & Licensure

Required:

Active Wisconsin Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential (NBRC)
BLS
ACLS
NRP (Required only for CHD roles at Froedtert West Bend Hospital or Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital)

Preferred:

Membership in AARC and WSRC

Additional Details

Night shift (NOC) with weekend rotation
Experience with ventilators and critical care environments required
Strong focus on patient safety, teamwork, and clinical excellence
