Description

Provide rapid, high-quality nursing care to patients presenting with acute, urgent, and life-threatening conditions.
Perform quick triage assessments, prioritize care based on acuity, and initiate emergency interventions.
Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and emergency treatments as ordered.
Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and patient responses, escalating care as needed.
Assist with trauma care, procedures, and resuscitation efforts following ED protocols.
Collaborate closely with physicians, paramedics, and interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
Document assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record.
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, discharge instructions, and follow-up care when appropriate.

Must have 1 year of ED experience. Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license. BLS FROM AHA ACLS FROM AHA PALS FROM AHA TNCC OR ATCN
