DESCRIPTION:

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical / Telemetry
Location: Torrington, CT

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to Med/Surg and telemetry patients
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Utilize EPIC for accurate documentation
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care progression

Requirements:

Active Connecticut RN license
Prior Med/Surg and Telemetry experience
ACLS required
Telemetry certification/experience required
Previous EPIC experience required
Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills
