Description

Requirements:

Acute care hospital case management experience is mandatory
- LVN/LPN: Minimum 2 years in adult acute care hospital case management
- Non-LVN exception: 10 years of adult acute care hospital case management experience
Behavioral health, outpatient, insurance, or group term insurance experience does NOT qualify
Must have worked within a hospital case management department
Epic experience is required
