RN Med Surg/Telemetry

Shift: Day Shift ( 7:00 am to 7:00 pm)

Years of Experience: 2 years

Charting System: Epic ( preferred )

Certification's: BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA)

Patient Ratios: 1:6 to 1:7

Type of Facility: Acute Care Hospital

First-timers accepted: (Y/N): Yes

Open to accommodating block schedule: Approval can be requested prior to assignment but not guaranteed.
